1 pkg Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
2 eggs
1/2 c butter, melted
1/4 firmly packed brown sugar
1 t vanilla extract
1 1/2 c Andes baking chips
Preheat oven to 350
Stir cake mix, eggs, butter, brown sugar and vanilla extract until thoroughly blended.
Stir in chips
Drop tablespoonfuls on to GREASED cookie sheet, bake 12-14 minutes. (ohdearlord, grease the pan)
Cool on sheets 2 minutes
my original recipe for these includes chocolate chips and nuts instead of the andes candies, but i figured i’d give it a go. the packaged andes candies are actually just chopped full-sized candies, you could do it yourself if you don’t mind peeling candy… or putting your kids to work.
the verdict: delicious
